Missing conveyor belts in room 3

After hunting under the desk and behind the cupboards, the missing conveyor belts from one of the later levels has been found and bolted back into place. They had been removed for cleaning and not replaced. Sorry about that everyone, but it is fixed now and the 1.03 file versions include the fix.
